Buyzy ships to the United Kingdom only.

Cost

Standard UK shipping is £4.99 flat — and free on orders over £35.

Dispatch & delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Standard UK delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch (most arrive in 7–10). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days from dispatch, please email info@buyzy.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at info@buyzy.co.uk with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
