Q: Where do you ship?
A: The UK only — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't currently ship outside the UK.

Q: How much is shipping and how long does it take?
A: Standard UK shipping is £4.99, or free on orders over £35. We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch (most orders arrive in 7–10). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within 7–10 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, email info@buyzy.co.uk and we'll investigate with the courier.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus PayPal. Payment is taken securely at checkout — we don't see or store card details.

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Return postage is at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns — we recommend a tracked service. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
A: Email info@buyzy.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue. You don't need to send it back — we'll arrange a refund or replacement based on the evidence, and we cover any return postage.

Q: Are your pet chews and food products safe?
A: Yes. Every consumable we stock — including Hemp Calming Chews and Country Pursuit dog food — is sourced from suppliers who meet UK safety and labelling standards. Always check the ingredient list against your pet's allergies. If unsure, consult your vet.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We dispatch quickly (usually within 24 hours), so we can only cancel or change an order if it hasn't shipped yet. Email info@buyzy.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
